1. Introduction

Welcome to Nord Seven! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Nord Seven (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and its clients (“you” or “Client”) regarding virtual assistant services, tech services, support services, and customer support & calling assistants.

2. Services Overview

Nord Seven provides a range of services including:

  • Virtual Assistant (VA) Services: General administrative support, CRM management (e.g., GoHighLevel), real estate and marketing support, social media management, and more.
  • Tech Services: Website maintenance, marketing automation, custom development support, and integrations.
  • Support Services: Troubleshooting, system updates, and ongoing system optimization to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Customer Support & Calling Assistants: Providing front-line assistance, managing client calls, handling customer inquiries, and offering personalized customer service support to enhance your business’s operations.

All services are tailored to your specific business needs as outlined in the agreement during onboarding.

3. Service Plans

Website content is for informational purposes only and may not be used commercially without our consent. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made via Payoneer before the due date specified in the agreement to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Invoices are issued monthly in advance, and payment is compulsory for continued service.
  • Refunds for unused hours are not provided, as services are billed based on availability, not task volume.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear instructions and access to required tools or software for the VA and tech services team to perform tasks.
  • Ensure timely payment to maintain services.
  • Maintain professional communication with assigned VAs and Nord Seven management.

6. Service Availability and Holidays

  • Nord Seven operates Monday through Friday, observing the following USA holidays as paid time off:
    • Christmas Day (December 25).
    • Memorial Day.
    • Thanksgiving Day.
    • Independence Day (July 4).

If tasks are not assigned during the agreed working hours or on holidays, the hours will still be billed as worked.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • All client data, including credentials and sensitive business information, is treated with strict confidentiality.
  • We do not share client information with third parties without prior written consent.

8. Termination and Notice

  • A one-month written notice is required for termination of services. Failure to provide notice will result in a penalty equivalent to one month’s service fee.
  • Nord Seven reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.

9. Liability Limitation

  • Nord Seven and its VAs are not liable for losses resulting from incomplete or unclear instructions.
  • We provide services as outlined in the agreement but do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be referred to mediation under the laws of South Carolina.

11. Modification of Terms

Nord Seven reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
